Program Description
Pedrami Law Firm, LLC offers a text (SMS) messaging program so that clients and prospective clients who opt in can communicate with our office by text. Messages relate to your inquiry, consultations, appointment scheduling and reminders, case updates, and other communications from the Firm.
Opting In / Consent
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our contact form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the Firm or of receiving any service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the Firm.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Pedrami Law Firm, LLC is not responsible for charges billed by your wireless provider.
Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will no longer send you text messages. If you would like to resume messages, you may opt in again at any time.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may update these SMS/Messaging Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
