Erin Pedrami

Managing Attorney
Erin Pedrami is a native of Washington, D.C. and has resided in Louisiana for 22 years. She graduated from Tulane University, holds her J.D. from Loyola College of Law, New Orleans, and received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She has over two decades of combined business and legal experience. She has represented clients in a wide range of complex legal matters, and excels in crafting solutions, whether negotiating favorable outcomes in business transactions or advocating for clients in courtroom disputes. With a proven track record in effective negotiation and advocacy, she ensures that her clients' interests are expertly represented in every case. Erin is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, New York, and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. Erin also owns a local HVAC company, and outside of work enjoys spending time with her partner and children. She loves travel, dancing, music, and sports.

Tonya Griffin has over a decade of experience in client service, with a strong background from her work at the LSU Law Center. Her approach is rooted in clear communication, empathy, and a commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs. Tonya strives to make every interaction seamless and positive, ensuring that clients receive timely, professional, and personalized support. Her dedication to service excellence is a cornerstone of her work, whether assisting clients or managing the details behind the scenes. Tonya is also a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating her own photography business. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, capturing special moments through her lens, and bringing creativity into all aspects of her life.
